Yoga Journey

I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Lakulish University, Ahmedabad, grounding my practice in the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (the 8 limbs of yoga). Over the years, I have guided thousands of individuals, helping them find balance in body, mind, and soul through a disciplined yogic lifestyle.

Philosophy

Yoga and meditation are more than fitness tools for me—they represent a lifestyle choice fostering harmony across physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions. I am a regular practitioner who believes in integrated wellness through classical yoga techniques, mindful breathing, and meditation.

I also support friends and family with therapeutic yoga for weight management, spinal health, inflammation reduction, stress relief, and overcoming depression.

Research and Expertise

Driven by a scientific curiosity, I am engaged in research at the intersection of yoga, genetics, and nutrition, exploring how yoga and diet influence epigenetics and contribute to gene health. My studies aim to deepen the understanding of yoga’s role in disease prevention and overall wellness.
