do’s & don’ts
Nature creates basic rules from it’s existence, but because of our ignorance & only for taste of tongue , we eat | drink | sleep | behave in totally wrong manners . If one wants to become healthy by physical | mental | emotional level then should follow some basis do’s & don’t s.
Do’s
Morning :
- Should wake up at Morning upto 6 AM
- Drink copper vessels water 250 ml to 750 ml maximum
- Use Indian style toilet seat to clear your bowel if you are in India because it’s scientific
- Use only Datoon | Dant Manjan Powder | Herbal Tooth paste to clear your teeth
- Do Gandush | Oil pullng for min 10 minutes
- Do cold pressed warm oil whole body massage or head & foot massage for 15 minutes on regular basis or weekly once before perform exercise
- Do some warm up & all joint movement exercise up to 45 minutes
- Sit in Sun Light at least for 15 minutes
- Bath with Luke warm water or normal cold water
- Use ubtan | herbal soap | herbal shower gel to bath
- Do Some Prayers or Meditation or Chanting Mantras for 15 minutes on regular basis
- Eat Healthy| Fresh | Natural | Guided Breakfast
- Go for your Business | Work | Job | Activities
Noon :
- Lunch should intake before 1 PM if possible
- Use some Boiled salad everyday as per your body type & prakriti before lunch
- Use Ginger + pink rock salt to digest your food properly
- Chew food maximum so it becomes paste then swallow it which will help you to digest & absorb maximum quantity of Nutrition.
- Eat only seasonal vegetables | fruits | grains | pulses |oils | green chutnies as per your location & area
- Can drink 150 ml water along with & mid time while eating lunch
- Should not drink water after any meal up to 1 hr. After 1 hour of any meal you can drink water as per your requirement. Same as 45 min before any meal should not drink water expect any emergency conditions
- Walk 100 steps after your Lunch
- Use herbs tea | decoction at 4 to 5 PM on behalf of tea or coffee
- If you feel hungry at evening, should take light breakfast which is easy to digest with in 2 hours
Night :
- If possible should take your dinner before 7 PM
- If you are a patient then must eat before 7 PM If possible
- Eat maximum light food in your dinner such as khichdi , dalia, soups, boiled varieties
- Walk at leat 100 steps after your dinner
- 8 :30 pm to 10 pm is best time go to the bed for deep sleep with prayers or with Yog Nindra practice
- Use Formulated Herbs Ghee | Formulated herbs Oil drops for Nasya & Nabhi Puran (Neval) to Improve brain function & healthy intestine.
- Perform Foot massage with different oil with Kasya Vati (Bronz Metal Bowl) for at least 15 minutes prescribed by experts or Dr.
- Stay on Fast once in week If possible with eating | drinking fruits | vegetable smoothies guided by experts or Dr.
- Detox your body every 15 days if possible with prescribed herbs or remedies by experts or Dr.
- Perform Meditation practise guided by experts or yoga coaches at least 30 minutes daily basis or twice in week if possible.
Don’t s
- Please be careful & read all ingredients or contents before use of any tooth paste, shampoo, soaps,Facials masks,creams, lipsticks or any other cosmetics which are sold in entire market.
- E.g. SLS sodium Lauryl Sulfate Is very Harmful & some time it becomes carcinogenic which we can see as a one the contains of tooth paste.
- It’s particles will enter through your skin, scalp, lips into your blood stream & will ready to create conditions for further diseases.
- You can use herbal & natural cosmetics to beautify your body forever without any kind of side effects.
- Preservatives | Thickeners | Emulsifiers | Acidity Regulators | Mono Sodium Glutamate | Thickeners | Flavouring Agents | Maltodextrin | Vegetable oils & so on chemicals are used in mostly packing foods . Google it first & read it’s side effects that how harmful are for human body.
- Do not rely on any of advertisements | marketing | publicity | attractive packing of any products .

- Melatonin (sleep hormone) peaks at night (~11 pm–3 am)
